You Are:

Unafraid to experiment and drawn to problem solving.  You are willing to share your ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment. You have a strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, and/or extracurricular setting. You have excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and thrive in the unknown and naturally a problem-solver. You can see all around that the world is changing. You are ready to stretch boundaries –– and yourself.

The Work:

  • Kick-start your career in our Management Consulting Development Program to build strong relationships with other recent grads and learn about our full array of offerings and capabilities
  • Receive exceptional training on developing your consulting skills as well as career development coaching and mentoring from senior level executives
  • Collaborate in a team of 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement
  • Solve tough, critical challenges facing our federal clients today
  • Analyze information, test hypotheses and present recommendations to your client that have a real impact on their business
  • Work on a variety of client engagements, exploring all the areas of our business
  • Network and learn from a wide diversity of thought leaders
