Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of professional work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, with 6 years of work experience) or 4 years of military service with relevant training
  • Able to travel as required (could be up to M-TH)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical training experience and/or previous internship experience in software engineering
  • Minimum of 1 year of software engineering experience or exposure
  • o   For example: experience in computer fundamentals such as developing business applications​ using object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java) or experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Node.js​.
  • Previous experience building  interesting and innovative applications, or equivalent open source contributions (several projects as ongoing contributor).
    • While we are looking for a mix of technologies, .NET or JEE application experience or legacy application maintenance probably don’t qualify as interesting or innovative.

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $61,600 -$97,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
