You’re able to look past the now, while keeping the big picture in mind. Sourcing, distribution, logistics, and forecasting come easily to you. You’re eager to partner with engineers and stakeholders to create intelligent solutions for clients. Ever resourceful, you execute cost reductions and inventory controls for clients to get them to their destination on schedule and on budget.
A sophomore in college looking to gain meaningful industrial engineering and/or supply chain work experience before graduation. You have a passion for public service and doing work that matters. You are innovative, communicative, and enthusiastic to take on new problems and strengthen your technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
The program typically starts during your sophomore year of school with your first rotation. A second rotation occurs during your junior year, followed by a third rotation in your senior year. Additional rotations occasionally happen during summer semesters, providing you with even more experience. By the time you have graduated, you will have accumulated 3-5 semesters (roughly one to one and a half years) of experience at multiple clients in multiple industries delivering multiple offerings.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $64,000-$87,400 and information on benefits offered is here.
