Job Description  

We are searching for an Associate Creative Director of Copy to embed with a client’s creative studio team to concept, create, and deliver digital campaigns for a well-known fintech brand. This role demands a conceptual and copy genius with the campaign knowledge and experience to confidently guide and collaborate with the client ECD to creating break-through campaigns and a creative studio leader who can confidently guide and govern campaigns from concept through delivery.

Associate Creative Director – Copy and Campaign

This role positions you as a key creative collaborator embedded in the clients creative studio and the lead of the creative production studio. The role includes the following responsibilities.  

Creative Partnership with the client’s creative duo

You will work hand-in-hand with client’s Creative Leaders (CD & CP), to realize their creative and business goals. You will be the primary point of contact and will build a partnership and share vision for the team and work.

Ad Copywriting

You will be responsible for creating ad copy (in English) for social ads, display, video, and beyond. From creating functional CTA messaging to creating scripts for short-form video, the craft of the marketing copywriting in a digital environment is vital to the role.

Creative Governance

You will lead, mentor, and oversee the Creative Studio execution to ensure the caliber of work coming from the team is of stand-out quality, and each asset will deliver creative effectiveness.

Creative Execution

You will collaborate with an on-demand team creative team (Creative Director, Art Director & Copywriter) based in Europe and the client on B2B campaign ideation and development. With this customer insight, a creative idea, and clear guidance on the ‘look & feel’ of the campaign in place you, as the ACD / Copywriter in the studio, will develop the campaign Production Brief and oversee the production team to create the omni-channel assets.

Media Integration

Collaborate with the global media strategy team at the client’s company, and with media planners at a regional level to ensure we are making all the assets they require to reach their media and performance goals for each campaign.

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of creative direction and campaign copywriting experience within an agency, or in-house environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 12 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years client engagement and collaboration skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience overseeing and reviewing creative execution

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills 

  • Campaign rich portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and brand copywriting across campaign channels
  • Outstanding writing skills, including writing in a range of voices and styles, with impeccable grammar, and ability to self-edit
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $68,800 - $111,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
