You are:

An expert in minimizing enterprise risk, ushering in an era of safer and more resilient business operations and compliance with laws and regulations. You're an experienced leader and strategic thinker who is excited about helping clients untangle complex problems and create new solutions. The work:

  • Support the client to set strategic goals related to the development, execution, and governance of business continuity, resiliency and recovery management to ensure compliance with a robust resiliency framework
  • Provide subject matter advisory across resiliency disciplines including business continuity, disaster recovery, technology/cyber, operations/process resiliency, and incident/crisis management
  • Help clients and team members adapt to changing technology
  • Interact confidently with all stakeholders, from senior leadership to team members
  • Understand client business drivers, opportunities, and goals; work to support them
  • Support go-to-market strategies and the design, planning and delivery of offerings
  • Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products  
  • Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect clients’ businesses – and ours 
  • Support business development initiatives; participate in and/or lead aspects of the proposal development process

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2+ years of experience in risk management and business continuity and resiliency (relevant industries include but not limited to banking, payment, capital market, insurance, FinTech and energy)

Bonus points if:

  • Experience in business impact assessment, root cause analysis, remediation/action plan tracking and delivery
  • Experience in design or implementation of business recovery strategies, solutions and plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and/or responsibilities
  • Experience in strategy consulting
  • Advanced degree is desirable
  • Experience in Workflow/BPM solutions (e.g., Appian, iGrafx, Signavio etc.)
  • Experience in GRC technology (e.g., ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance, Fusion Framework System, IBM OpenPages, MetricStream)
  • Relevant industry certifications: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), Certified Disaster Recovery Engineer (C/DRE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $89,000 - $130,000 and information on benefits offered is here. 

Travel:

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
