Summary:
As a senior functional Tester, your primary mission is to ensure End-to-End (E2E) functional correctness and consistency across the manufacturing digital thread. You will be responsible for validating that business requirements are correctly implemented within the native capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring a stable, scalable, and high-quality digital manufacturing solution.
You will work closely with Functional Architects, Solution Architects, Technical Teams, and Business stakeholders to test and validate PLM solutions within the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Participate in discovery and requirement review sessions to understand As-Is manufacturing processes and To-Be digital transformation objectives.
2. Review and validate functional specifications, solution blueprints, and configuration designs against business requirements.
3. Design, prepare, and execute functional test cases and test scenarios for core DELMIA modules, including:Process Planner,Manufacturing Item Definition (MID),Work Instructions,Plant Layout
4. Should be aware about core ENOVIA modules such as Change Management,EBOM Management,Doc Management,Route Management.
4. Perform end-to-end functional testing across the manufacturing digital thread to ensure data consistency and process integrity.
5.Validate Digital Manufacturing simulations (Robotics, Ergonomics, Time Studies) to ensure outputs align with defined business and production requirements.
6. Test and validate Change Management processes (ECR/ECN) to ensure manufacturing changes correctly reflect engineering revisions.
7. Validate P&O (People & Organization) structures, including roles, security contexts, and collaborative spaces, to ensure correct access and segregation of duties.
8. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Teams, and Business users to test integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and downstream systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MES.
9. Validate Dassault Syst mes (DS) recommended practices and ensure implementations comply with OOTB standards wherever applicable.
10. Log, track, and manage defects, ERs/SRs (Enhancement Requests / Service Requests), and support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) closure within project timelines.
11.Provide testing insights and recommendations to minimize customization and ensure long-term platform stability and maintainability.
12. Should be aware about 3DExperience upgrade and migration from different releases.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
1.Platform Knowledge: Deep expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA (R2021x or later). Familiarity with ENOVIA (for data management) and CATIA (for design context) is essential.
2. Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of PPR (Product, Process, Resource) data models.
3. Strong understanding of E2E manufacturing processes, including Digital Twin concepts and shop-floor integration
4. Go to have: Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE Delvelopment Fundamentals including MQL, CAA, EKL, DMC & etc.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
