What would you do? As an Instructional Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex business needs into engaging, learner-centric experiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design and develop impactful learning solutions that align with organizational goals. Your work will involve applying adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and digital tools to create content that is both effective and engaging. You will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing curriculum frameworks, and developing digital learning assets using tools like Articulate Rise. Your ability to think creatively and strategically will be key in crafting experiences that resonate with diverse learner profiles. You’ll also ensure that all learning interventions are measurable, scalable, and aligned with performance outcomes. In this role, you will continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and iterate based on feedback and data. You’ll stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative approaches such as microlearning, gamification, and blended learning. Your contributions will directly impact learner engagement, knowledge retention, and overall business performance.

It would be a strong value-add if you are proficient in tools like Articulate Rise, which we use to build responsive, interactive learning modules.
Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze and solve moderately complex instructional design problems using established methodologies Create new learning solutions, adapting existing frameworks and tools as needed Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior leadership Collaborate primarily with your direct supervisor, while also engaging with peers and management across teams or clients Receive guidance on new assignments, but be expected to work independently and take initiative Make decisions that impact your team and contribute to overall project success Manage small teams or lead specific workstreams, even in an individual contributor capacity Be open to working in rotational shifts, depending on project or client requirements
