Scrum Master who is responsible for managing team deliverables and communicating progress on team commitments, risks, impediments, dependencies, and overall concerns.
The Scrum Master is a member of the Agile leadership triangle (which also includes the Solution Owner and Program Manager), responsible for:
• Day-to-day development team work facilitation
• Removal of barriers to team effectiveness
• Overall sprint and data management for the project.
The Scrum Master’s overall responsibility is to ensure that the team delivers services to the customer and completes various project management activities according to defined service level commitments and process compliancy guidelines. Tasks performed include the following:
• Drive the process.
• Assist self-managing teams to coordinate resources and accepted work.
• Monitor the team's work flow.
• Provide guidance to team members.
• Protect the team from outside tasking.
• Challenge the team to implement team operational improvements.
• Encourage and instill process improvements.
• Serve as communication liaison between the team and Solution Owner, Program Manager, and Stakeholder.
Here's what you need:
4+ years of demonstrated scrum experience
Proficient understanding of Lean-Agile principles, practices and frameworks including: Scrum, Kanban, XP and SAFe 4.0 or similar
Must be a US Citizen or Perm Resident
Bonus Points if you have:
Minimum one of the following certifications:
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
- ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
