Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
Responsible for day to day warehouse planning, including:
Adherence to all Occupational health and safety standards and practices.
Meeting team Key Performance Indicators.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to improve planning accuracy, reduce risk and quality concerns, and streamline the process.
Material Management production schedule, job instructions, production labels, bill of materials, etc.
Order Management for Fulfillment Team.
Coordinate regularly with Project Managers and Printing Publishing for incoming inventory, workload, and capacity needs.
Communicate potential supply chain risks issues.
Work with Inventory and Transportation leads to ensure coordination of daily plans and priorities to optimize labor, space, and shipping needs for each order customer.
Review staffing schedules consulting with manager on staffing needs for current and forecast workloads.
Ownership of seasonal staffing plan timing, headcount, training, etc.
Working with client leads to ensure distribution volume forecasts are up to date and accurate.
Scope creep management and reporting for monthly change order billing.
Management of direct reports regular and seasonal employees.
Planning and execution of daily weekly tasks for each team.
Performance management productivity, feedback, upskilling.
Staffing schedule attendance.
Adherence to policies and procedures.
Manage workloads to ensure even distribution of responsibilities and provide development opportunities.
Lead by example at all times, especially when introducing changes to work processes, demonstrate a positive attitude to change.
Assist with career development of regular staff skilling of seasonal staff. May include involvement of training development.
Conduct client meetings and or host visits to the facility as required.
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $102,800-$127,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in Supply Chain
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
Minimum 2 years of inventory warehouse transportation management experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Proven ability to create client relationships
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
Ability to interact within a team environment
Comfortable adapting to a constant changing environment
Possess professional business demeanor
Experience with personal computers and materials handling equipment
Deep knowledge of warehouse planning
Ability to support extended shifts
