Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
Working with Sales Operations team with a focus on sales performance and incentive programs
Dealing with sales compensation plans, sales reporting analytics and talent development
Leading incentive compensation and sales effectiveness programs
Project management duties to include designing and implementing process improvement initiatives
Collaborating with senior stakeholders
Problem solving and analyzing data for insights
Will act as a Team Lead and Subject Management Expert
Working in industry tools such as Salesforce, XACTLY, Callidus etc.
Minimum of 5 years relevant Sales Operations experience with a focus on sales performance and incentive programs
Minimum of 3 years Sales Compensation plans, sales reporting analytics and talent development
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading incentive compensation and sales effectiveness programs, acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Lead/SME/Supervisory management experience
Exposure to industry tools like Salesforce, XACTLY, Callidus etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with proven credentials in analyzing data for insights
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $62,640 - $109,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
