Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

Accenture is the Industry leader in Talent & HR BPS serving to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from our 50+ Global Delivery centers.

Our demand is rapidly increasing and therefore, we are looking to strengthen our team of Talent & HR deep domain experts with hands on experience of transforming large clients and Transformation leaders with HR Capability wherein we provide Talent & HR thought leadership, specifically in the area of Payroll and own and drive transformation for large clients.

You will transform the way HR works in the future AND engage in one or more of following types of projects:

  • Co-innovate and lead Transformation agenda for our Leading Fortune 500 clients

  • Industry specialized Talent & HR Transformation Leaders to sharpen industry specific Payroll offerings

  • Lead growth and mining in existing Talent & HR accounts for specific market/industry segment 

  • Talent & HR Thought leaders and deep domain specialists in Payroll.  Provide Best in class industry/functional view, support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement, drive existing client portfolios into the New

  • Provide guidance, review, and support to global sales pursuit teams to develop innovative solutions for clients.  Sales support activities may include providing guidance on qualification, answering RFPs, assisting with sales materials, presenting in client presentations, reviewing solutions, assisting solution architects, etc.)

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to existing Payroll delivery teams to improve operations. This involves partnering with multiple teams including technology, business excellence, analytics, solution architecture, and others.

  • Leverage in-depth understanding of the Accenture Operations standard processes and processes in place across the broad delivery network to develop and improve the way we deliver Payroll services to our clients. 

  • Self-manage and work independently and in teams to achieve team and personal deliverables

  • Will need to participate in shared team initiatives, activities, and programs to define and drive overall Payroll strategy

Are you the trusted Payroll Expert and leader we are looking for?

  • You must be a Domain expert in Talent & HR Talent with deep focus on Payroll

  • You must have hands on experience and have delivered at least 2 large scale End to End Payroll Transformation/delivery  

  • You must be well versed with Global payroll processes, rules, year-end activities, compliance, systems and various payroll platforms in play

  • You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at GPO and at CHRO level, and in shaping and delivering value-led payroll projects

  • You are a solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project-oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes in matrixed organization structures

  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project

  • You are an action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable

  • You are flexible and capable of some travel

  • You can do process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred Business-related fields)

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll including but not limited to US and global, focused on payroll processing, year-end processing, compliance, Tax and garnishments

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $73,700-$142,000 and information on benefits offered is here.  If you are not located in Colorado, the salary range may be different.
