Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Training Lead will help support our high-tech client’s advertising support team. They will also need to create, maintain, and deliver training to our team to increase the team’s ability to demonstrate the value of the client’s advertising solutions. The team who will consume the training will nurture existing advertising and new product globally. They will provide product, tool and reporting education to improve and optimize the team’s knowledge and therefore drive.
Delivering high quality training to the team using a variety of media types, provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders, maintain the highest level of expertise in the area of specialty and interact with subject matter experts in new course development
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes, including classroom, courseware curriculum and instructor readiness, and prepare internal faculty members to conduct sessions
Work closely with client counterparts to make updates and create new content as needs arise
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Minimum of 2 years’ training experience
Experience with small medium service functions, either as a trainer or as a subject matter expert
Highly organized and detail oriented
High quality communication skills, both oral and written
Strong facilitation and moderation skills
Good working knowledge of adult learning principles and training needs analysis
Good working knowledge on course development
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function within a team
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
Good working knowledge of contact center and sales operations
Excellent analytical skills, decision making abilities
Familiarity with online advertising products
Structural design experience
Strong listening and presentation skills
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,250 - $122,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
