As a Client Account Management Associate Director, you will provide day-to-day management to the leads of client relationships and manage strategic direction on all aspects of the accounts within the portfolio, articulating strategies and briefs to the leads, clients and multi-disciplinary teams. You will understand client's business landscape and identify gaps for new business opportunities. You will drive shared experience- building with the client while balancing the commercial imperatives to ensure work is profitable, financial objectives are achieved at the account and portfolio, and the delivered work is of the highest standard.
This role will be responsible for leading Mortgage Cadence’s Client Success Executives, Client Managers, Professional Services, Product Support, and Training teams.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience successfully leading a team of client support professionals
- A minimum of 10 years of experience developing trusted client relationships with proven sales growth from onset of business development, RFPs, orals, client sales/presentations through delivery
- A minimum 5 years of industry knowledge and market intelligence in the mortgage industry
- A Bachelor’s degree
- You have top-notch communication (written and oral) skills
- You’ve championed multiple client projects from innovation strategy to industry transformation
- You know how to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity with integrity and compassion
- You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to design business processes, lead business cases, deliver agile projects, develop new operating models, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property, and solve critical business issues that offer accelerated value
- MBA or Master’s degree
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $204,660-$337,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
