Marketing Operations (MO) professionals help our clients achieve increased operational efficiency and effectiveness for direct marketing communications.  In addition, our professionals design marketing programs that help our clients achieve their acquisition, growth and retention objectives across B2C, B2B and B2B2C business models.  These technologies typically include campaign management, lead and/or loyalty management, content management, and data management solutions. 

  

SynOps for Marketing is an innovative human-machine operating engine that orchestrates the optimal synergy of data, workflow, intelligence, and technology to power exceptional talent to transform operations and create experiences to deliver superior results.

You Are

The Implementation Lead manages new internal client relationships to build trust and foster adoption. Through deep analysis of the expected Marketing processes, the Implementation Lead converts business requirements into functional requirements to define, construct, and deploy the appropriate objects and settings within SynOps for Marketing, while leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible.

The Implementation Manager uses considerable independent judgment to create solutions and delivery of a high quality configuration which should ensure that the technology solution can accommodate both current and future needs, including the in-depth training of new global end users on full cycle Marketing Operations services. The successful Implementation Manager also manages existing SynOps for Marketing clients who are continually looking for transformational opportunities as part of our Marketing services.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in project or account management for external clients and internal stakeholders;

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in process design or documentation;

  • Minimum of 4 years experience administering a workflow management system - Workfront strongly preferred, or equivalent platform;

  • Experience in the Marketing and Advertising function;

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing high functioning teams

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516- $176,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
