The Solutions Technology and Development Specialist role serves as a technical liaison with ELC Solutions, IT, Product and Development teams to assist with technical complications and resolutions.
- Support ELC Solutions team with debugging code and triage for technical complications
- Develop and manage tools used by ELC Solutions team for troubleshooting and research
- Collaborates with developers and IT staff for environmental and code efficiency improvements
- Provide technical training to ELC Solutions team
- Demonstrate technical tasks for environment upgrades, deployments and maintenance to IT and technical teams
- Monitor and research environment performance and error logs looking for proactive solutions and improvements
- Promotes usability best practices
- Mentors technical staff within ELC Solutions team
- Minimum 5 years LOS Technical Support experience
- Minimum 5 years Microsoft SQL experience
- Minimum 5 years Azure/Microsoft DevOps, TFS, or VSTS experience
- Minimum 1-3 years Performance Monitoring (Azure App Insights) experience
- Minimum 1-3 years Reporting Tools (PowerBI) experience
- Minimum 1-3 years Microsoft Azure Cloud Services experience
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $87,000-$120,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
