You are:

The Cybersecurity Lead reports to the client CISO and supports the client Cyber organization in establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are protected.


The work:

  • Partner with Government personnel and working groups to develop an enterprise cybersecurity architecture, plans, and roadmaps to support the to-be state of technologies.

  • Apply policy and governance concepts in support of mission requirements and evaluation of technical standards and advancements for improving enterprise-wide cyber security.

  • Perform independent cyber assessments of selected enterprise and systems architectures, information technologies, mission processing systems, and associated processes.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing government policies to formulate recommendations regarding strategies to achieve identified mission.

  • Propose research and studies leading to innovations; propose applications for Government consideration.

  • Provide technical expertise to enterprise wide technical working groups.

      Qualifications

      Here's what you need:

      • 10 years of experience in IT and/or Cyber

      • Bachelor’s degree or additional 6 years’ of professional experience in IT and/or Cyber in lieu of degree

      • One or more of the following certifications required:

        • CASP+ CE (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Continuing Education (CE))

        • CCNP Security (Cisco Certified Network Professional-Security (CCNP-Security)​)

        • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA))

        • CISSP (or Associate) (Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (or Associate - this means the individual has qualified for the certification except for the number of years experience))

        • GCED (GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED))

        • GCIH (GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH))

        • CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP))

      Bonus points if you have:

      • Experience in the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance, operating and usage of the Government Enterprise networks

      • Familiarity with the NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines

      As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119000 - $166700 and information on benefits offered is here.
