Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
Operations professionals drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.
The Service Delivery Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing teams of Team Leads and Analysts under Source To Pay. This role will require experience with production supervision support, working to service level agreements and performance metrics, quality process improvement and performance management. He she will have performance oversight for their team and ensure that productivity and quality metrics are met and reported. Other responsibilities include
Provide direction and managerial oversight for all activities within one functional area
Perform operational processes so that they run smoothly and conform with defined SLAs and targets
Manage operations capacity and volume forecasts
Develop and manage process documentation e.g., policies, procedures, DTPs
Manage performance quality levels service levels sample work and confirm quality
Identify where service might be lacking and develop improvement recommendations
Manage process documentation so that it is accurate and up to date follow up and track changes
Manage compliance with internal control requirements
Facilitate efforts to resolve operational issues
Minimum of 10 years service delivery operations experience in contact center/customer service or Finance and/or Accounting
Minimum of 3 years managing stakeholder (internal or external) relationships
Minimum of 3 years managing people
Proven record of implementing best operational practices
Minimum of 1 year working with a large technology company
Experience managing project operations to daily goals and deliverables
Experience with escalation management and managing projects to established SLA s.
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is
$68,800 - $111,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
