We Are: 

As part of the Technology Offering Development team, you will drive the initial and ongoing development of highly differentiated Cloud First offerings – by integrating specific services, proprietary assets, knowledge, capabilities, and ecosystem partner(s) which can be targeted to a specific client need in a sizeable addressable market.

In addition, you will help sales executives frame 360 value with the innovation and business outcomes that our clients expect, through proactive sales campaign development. And, you will help us be recognized as an industry leader, through industry analyst surveys and thought leadership.

The Work:

An Offering Development Lead ensures that Accenture’s relevant assets and capabilities are incorporated into a targeted portfolio of Cloud First offerings, to enable sales and delivery professionals with the right sales content, build heightened market awareness of Accenture offerings, and provide a foundation for comprehensive sales campaigns.

The Offering Development Lead will be responsible building awareness and knowledge of Accenture’s services and capabilities, by collaborating with targeted business areas to drive profitable sales and revenue growth, across the following:
 

  • Define Offering strategy and market positioning

  • Develop and maintain compelling offering content, focused on client value creation, differentiation, best of breed ecosystem partnerships, recent engagement learnings and client success stories

  • Drive innovative new thinking to continuously provide a differentiated offering and crisp value proposition within the marketplace

  • Work with global Practice Leadership and Marketing, to develop consistent global offering content followed by market activation, including launch communications, training and ongoing conversation starters via blogs, articles, etc.

  • Strategically position Accenture with Industry Analysts and Third-Party Advisors (TPAs), by showcasing how Accenture continuously invests in new offerings, capabilities, skills and platforms that bring the latest technology innovation and intelligence to life for our clients

  • Work with Marketing to brand our most significant assets and offerings and to foster high visibility in the marketplace and with client teams

  • Validate IP protections working with IP counsel to protect and patent our unique and differentiated IP, assets and offerings

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales, solution architecting, and delivery experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of strong influencing, coaching, and leadership skills with the ability to work both independently and as a team member

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven ability to work analytically in an Agile, unstructured environment

  • Minimum of 2 years of excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

  • Knowledge understanding of Accenture Technology Offerings, Alliance and Capabilities
    Accenture Alliances

  • Proven global expertise and perspective executive level presence and influence

  • Excellent business and industry acumen

  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop trust with business leadership

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $151,900 -$235,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
