We Are:

Accenture’s Identity & Governance Administration Solution area manages the identity life-cycle, user authorization, business solution architecture, cross-app role model and user compliance to all controls and policies. It is responsible for the Identity Management platform, analytics and AI related to identity and authorization and works directly with the business to define and govern the cross-app security model to reduce risk. This Solution area works across I&AM to provide compliance and audit support.

You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring I&AM Identity and Governance Administration (IGA) Application solutions. The Work:

  • Build Security and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) Application solutions that support Accenture’s Identity & Governance Administration Solution area

  • Write the code for the solution based on functional and technical requirements.

  • Design, build, configure and test prototype and production Security and identity application solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly

  • Establish Continuous Integration environment that includes configuration management, automated testing and automated solution builds.

  • Ensure that functional and technical requirements are met before deploying to staging and production

  • Ensure that coding standards are implemented

  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Security and Identity solution offerings powered by .NET, Powershell, C#, Angular , Javascript, Azure DevOps, Active Directory, Azure AD, MS SQL and webServices.

  • Follow good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities

  • Participate in peer reviews, ensuring that the solution architecture, design, code and related work products satisfy the requirements

  • Complete all appropriate documentation required to maintain the solution

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors

  • Continue to learn and develop your technical knowledge on Azure AD, Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and business expertise

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in writing code for the solution based on functional and technical requirements.

  • Minimum of 1 end-to-end application development and delivery, including hands-on design and configuration

  • Professionals in this position should have deep knowledge of security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities, abides by all compliance controls, and configuration expertise in code versioning controls like GIT, Azure DevOps CI/CD,  including but not limited to:

    • Strong knowledge in .NET web application development and webservices.

    • Proficient in C#, Power shell, Java script

    • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server

    • Active Directory

    • MS SQL and latest upcoming technologies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)   

 

Bonus Points If:

  • You have team lead experience

  • You have external client-facing consulting experience

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $71,172-$130,700 and information on benefits offered is here.
