You Are:
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will drive recruitment marketing, employer brand strategy, talent acquisition and operational hiring in support of our federal client. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist should have recruiting or recruitment marketing, and a strong understanding of available recruitment marketing platforms and technologies, as well as the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the recruiting business process and technology.

The Work:
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist shall:

  • Perform strategic recruitment functions to include researching market conditions, analyzing specific hiring needs, developing recruitment plans, and monitoring marketing ROI for specific field locations within a defined region.

  • Complete analysis of local markets, including application data, and create action plans based on this information.

  • Support recruiting event management, working with local staff and vendors to plan and coordinate job fairs and event requests and event staffing, set up event pages, develop media plans and creative, and attend events.

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.

  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the client’s hiring process and specific position descriptions and requirements.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate data and application flow.

  • Research new recruitment advertising opportunities and options in hard-to-hire markets to develop innovative plans and strategies.

  • Partner with field hiring operations and the client on local needs and developing action plans.

  • Conduct on-the-ground recruitment efforts as needed in local markets.

  • Communicate actively with all members of client human capital, local field offices and field operations staff to ensure transparency, collaboration and engagement with recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts.  

  • Ability to present data and develop compelling presentations; report recruitment results and communicate to client leadership and headquarters employees.

  • Partner with reporting staff to accurately track and report all recruiting costs, approvals, events, activities, and results.

Here Is What You Need:

  • Experience in recruiting and recruitment marketing

  • Knowledge of or experience using digital marketing and social media in recruiting and recruitment marketing

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage priorities and workflow 

  • Enthusiasm for marketing strategy, audience segmentation and conversion tactics 


Bonus Points If:

  • Experience using job boards, media sites, virtual event tools, etc. 

  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment marketing, human resources, or related field 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

  • Ability to collaborate across teams

  • Ability to determine priorities or seek guidance on priorities and set clear expectations

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,300 to $112,399 and information on benefits offered is here:
