IT Customer Support Associate Manager:

A day in the life.

  • Our team environment consists of walk-up Tech Bars and virtual support across North America offering high value services.
  • Providing motivating, engaging experiences for our super team of technologists, driving high performance and morale.
  • Inspiring a level of excitement within your team, understand what motivates and drives them to achieve excellence in all they do.
  • Owning and influencing the customer experience for technology interactions at the office to ensure that technology supports business objectives.
  • Acting as key escalation point for team and management, providing guidance, leadership and support in areas of incident, problem, change and process management.
  • Building authentic, positive, trust-based relationships with all key-stakeholders
  • Become the Technology Services customer champion in all respects to deliver customer excellence and drive the local team to do the same.
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to meet or exceed the quality and consistency of service delivery for our customers, escalating only when necessary
  • Leading projects and initiatives that impact large groups of people across the US.

Does this describe you?

  • You are positive, engaging with a strong passion for customer and technology excellence.
  • You love innovation, driving change and a challenge.
  • You have previous experience supervising a team of desktop support professionals or similar in a predominately Windows environment – Apple experience is a plus.
  • You have a strong executive presence and experience solving escalations.
  • You have a desire to lead projects and initiatives that impact large groups of people across the US.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of previous experience within a senior desktop support role or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience supervising a team.
  • 1 year of experience working or collaborating with executives to solve escalations.
  • Experience driving initiatives with large, organization wide impact is a plus.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $68,800 - $111,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
