A great opportunity as a Data Analysis and Reporting Senior Analyst working in a social media environment!

The Data/Reporting Sr Analyst role will support our client's tools and systems that the Media Operations team use to run their reports, utilizing various tools, developing insights data for Business Reviews and optimizing business opportunities.


This role is for a highly analytical, data driven individual responsible for driving intelligent solutions and recommendations for our clients. Responsible for answering questions about the state of the business, generating insights, and building and maintaining reports for all levels of key teams. This role will work closely with the Operations business function the team, its technical stakeholders, and multi level business functions to help define and create a reporting environment sustainable for actionable analysis to support agile, scaled and long term growth of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produces weekly, quarterly and ad hoc reports loading client data (from Salesforce, Tableau)

  • Data analysis: data cleanup, analysis, visual representation

  • Build Salesforce reports + dashboards

  • Ability to make effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling into a digestible actionable format

  • Partners with various stakeholders to build analytical solutions to deliver business goals

  • Proposes and implements business metrics working with data engineers to design and develop the data infrastructure to support business growth

  • Preforms deep dives in large data sets to identify opportunities, variances, or key indicators in the business

  • Establishes a standardized reporting framework to build transparency and validity to all business units

  • Builds and maintains capability reporting SQL Server data warehouses which include table views

  • Designs and builds supporting framework for reporting and utilizing Microsoft toolset SQL Server, Server Integration Services SSIS

  • Works independently to complete analysis and development tasks

  • Quick learner with the ability to work under pressure

  • Organizes work priorities and manage time effectively

  • Communicates progress and issues

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' of professional data analysis experience ideally in salesforce or advanced excel work environment

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business operations or sales environment ideally familiarity with metrics/KPIs common to sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In depth experience with data analysis/design

  • Awareness of database design principles

  • Experience with front-end use of Salesforce for building reports, dashboards

  • Experiences with Salesforce report + dashboard creation

  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media

  • Sound understanding of operational metrics and Capacity Planning

  • Must be able to map and follow process

Professional Qualifications:

  • Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills

  • Experience working in a team environment

  •  Self- motivated & enthusiastic

  • Proactive developing trends and insights and bringing them to the business

  • Developing Business Reviews for a number of programs

  • Good organizational skills and able to multi-task

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is  $50,200 - $80,499  and information on benefits offered is here.
