Job Description:

The Third Party Liability TPL Business Analyst will be responsible for driving and promoting seamless delivery for TPL including through integration of rigorous operational methodology with a major focus in quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders establishing knowledge necessary to develop, deploy, and maintain project plan to drive successful outcome of process improvements, core business changes, and change management within the operational area.

  • Work with various teams to close gaps in process improvement projects and core business development based on quality results.

End to End Phase/Project Management:

  • Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project (e.g. requirements or test).

  • Requirements analysis and management to ensure business needs are addressed by the TPL business processes and system applications.

  • Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner.

  • Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed - its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture or business operations, risks, etc.

  • Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level.

  • Ensure resolution of cross segment/team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts.

  • Manage critical path, dependencies, contingency and overall budget.

  • Comfortable working with medium to large data sets and performing basic statistical analysis and trend analysis.

  • Perform Subject matter expertise as assigned.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

Key Skill Sets:

  • Capable of analyzing existing processes end to end, perform gap analysis and recommend process redesign and or alternative solutions.

  • Proven success driving to successful outcomes and understanding lessons learned and ability to apply to future projects.

  • Ability to approach and resolve issues using a data driven foundation.

  • Proactive, self-starter and quick learner.

  • Basic knowledge of software development life cycle.

  • Comfortable working in a fast pace, dynamic and matrixed environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in the Health Care industry.

  • 2 years Third Party Liability experience.

  • 1 year of experience in Metrics Reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven experience in working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
