Service Supply Chain Consulting Manager
As a Service Supply Chain Consulting Manager, you will participate in our pursuit strategy to close specific sales opportunities for the Service Supply Chain (SSC) offering. You will develop relationships with key buyers, decision-makers or stakeholders at new and/or existing clients. You will create strong value propositions, and act as the point of contact for resolution and escalation of key sales pursuit and account-related items within your scope. You will provide invaluable SSC services and technology related expertise to clients and internally within Accenture.
The Service Supply Chain Consulting Manager has extensive service parts industry experience and domain knowledge and is a recognized leader in the service supply chain and aftermarket space. Your strong knowledge of SSC practice, combined with your persuasive abilities, enable you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders, drive meaningful conversations and achieve successful outcomes. You are passionate about working in a transparent environment and believe that diversity drives innovation. Responsibilities:
Transform the way SSC works in the future and engage in one or more of following types of projects:
Lead and shape winning proposals for large scale RFPs and sole sourced engagements in managed services.
Lead sales growth and mining in existing SSC accounts for specific Market Units and industry segments.
Create value propositions in deals, leading client orals, workshops and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to win stage.
Co-innovate and lead a/the transformation agenda for our leading clients.
Be a thought leader and deep domain specialist in one of many towers (e.g. Supply Chain, Service Supply Chain, Reverse Logistics, Sustainability).
Provide best-in-class industry perspectives, support existing engagements, discovery, client co-design workshops, transformation engagements and drive existing client portfolios.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 experience in Service Supply Chain and/or aftermarket service parts
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management, business or other related field strongly preferred
Strong sales support orientation in Service Supply Chain
Professional Skills Requirements:
Ability to lead large scale Service Supply Chain sales cycles or transformations
Excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at CCO/CFO/COO and at CSCO level, and in shaping and delivering value-led compliance projects
Existing relationships within the industry and our industry leaders at Accenture
Solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project-oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes in matrixed organization structures
Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale transformation projects
Be action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable
Be flexible and capable of some travel
Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
