Job Description:
This role provides support throughout the life cycle of our North America deals and clients. The primary areas of support provided by this role include but are not limited to:
Business Development, Client Orals, Due Diligence, Knowledge Transfer, Service Recovery, Process Improvement and Red Journey Customer support.
Projects will span across all of the various Finance and Accounting towers R2R, P2P, OTC, FPA and into other offerings as needed.
Job Requirement
Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of financial accounting experience in a corporate environment
Minimum 2 years of experience working with an ERP system
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Microsoft Office products.
Experience in a customer facing operations environment.
