Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Pursuit Manager, ANS
THE WORK:
- You'll have the ability to lead, create, and complete responses to RFQs/SOQs/RFPs/RFIs from start to finish.
- You'll have strong organizational and time management skills required to coordinate multiple proposals/tasks with overlapping deadlines (sometimes across time zones) with minimal supervision.
- You'll create schedules, outlines, writing templates and final formatting in Word or InDesign for all pursuits.
- You'll lead the development of proposals and work in coordination with identified technical Subject Matter Experts to gather content for use in proposals.
- You'll lead proposal kick-off assignments, regular status call review meetings, and color team review meetings.
- You'll contribute to activities or campaigns leading up to the proposal such as targeted marketing campaigns or public relations campaigns.
- You'll perform training of junior staff in relation to proposals, setting the department up for success.
- You'll be accountable for timely submission of compliant and compelling proposals.
- You'll Identify improvements in processes and departmental efficiency.
- You'll conduct other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or related field – or qualified relevant experience in lieu of a formal education
- 4 - 8 years of experience managing proposals in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry for State, Local, and Higher Education clients

- Expertise in proposal-related activities: qualifications, proposals, presentations
- Grasp of technical skills required for database management
- Professional and proactive work ethic
- Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written, oral and communication skills
- Demonstrated graphic design capabilities
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign
