The work:
Reporting to the Client Service Delivery (CSD) Navigator Manager, the CSD/Navigator Application Lead is responsible for working with the Client and Navigator Application Teams (e.g. Scrum Master, Health Informatics, AWS/Azure & Data/Database Architects, Security, & Technical Comms resources) on the overall delivery of a portfolio of assigned applications. The CSD/Navigator Application Lead will be accountable for client facing Weekly Status Reporting and facilitating the creation and approval of a key contractual deliverable (Navigator Turnover Package) which provides the overall approach for application migration to the cloud for the client. The Navigator Turnover Package deliverable includes an application overview/background, final application disposition decision, current & target architecture, assumptions, dependencies, & risks, complexity assessment, along with a high-level development timeline and budget / LOE estimates with recommended team composition, sustainment approach, and key performance metrics. Facilitating the completion of this contractual deliverable will be a key focus area of the CSD/Navigator Application Lead because client approval of the package is required before the application can progress to the Modernization phase. The CSD/Navigator Application Lead is expected to develop expertise in various aspects of the cloud delivery lifecycle including:
Project Management expertise required to execute, monitor/control/support in the resolution of any blockers, and ultimately obtain client approvals of the Navigator Turnover Package Deliverable to meet program requirements.
Ability to form productive working relationships and coordinate with functional SMEs from other workstreams (Rationalize, Navigator, & Modernize) as well as client resources.
Attention to detail and visibility into big-picture business objectives and client needs to standardize the Navigator Turnover Package Deliverable, and take ownership to ensure it is a concise, consistent, and professional narrative that tells a compelling story of the application's journey in an engaging way. The CSD Navigator Application Lead will need to coordinate inputs from various team members, each of whom may have different communication styles and preferences.
Responsible for Application Knowledge Management (e.g., managing the SharePoint repository to enable the application team to find crucial information quickly).
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of client-facing experience, 2+ years with Federal clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills as active, empathetic listening and the ability to quickly build rapport are required
Experience working on complex delivery projects along with experience owning and driving client relationships
Comfort managing competing priorities and the ability to execute tasks quickly
Experience with project management methodologies
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $90,700 - $147,100
Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100
New York City: $105,000 - $147,100
Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
