Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Operations Delivery Senior Manager for Supply Chain Operations will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead operations delivery for teams with 50+ members for supply chain processes such as Demand Planning, Forecasting, Service Management, Logistics and Order Management 

  • Provide functional oversight to a global Demand Planning team to provide accurate and insightful returns forecasts and demand models for various products

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring service needs are fully covered: Sales Operations, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Operations.

  • Manage finished goods (pristine and refurbished) inventory for warranty requirements to maximize customer service levels and mitigate excess and obsolescence risks.

  • Partner closely with Service Components Planning team to align on parts demand forecast, short term and long-term procurement decisions. 

  • Establish a clear and effective relationship with the Regional Operations Leads to follow up on repair plans, changes in demand, inventory management and backorders resolution.

  • Analyze patterns and trends in data and help drive continuous process improvements

  • Successful service delivery, SLA achievement and high level of operational service delivery. 

  • Drive root cause analysis and data driven continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. 

  • Execute effective governance with client operations stakeholders, internal leadership and delivery teams to ensure noiseless delivery and continuous improvement

  • Solve operational escalations from Clients and Team, front end with Clients’ customers on operational issues

  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for the team

  • Facilitate mobilization, onboarding, training and knowledge transfer for new joiners 

  • Direct the work of, performance manage and improve engagement of team members

  • Design, develop and present metrics, reports and analyses to measure operational performance and related business outcomes

  • Support development of intake templates, documentation, 

  • Identify and deliver productivity savings through automations and process improvements 

  • Direct mapping as is processes, create to be processes to deliver productivity, efficiency and quality improvements. 

  • Front end with client and help develop new solutions, processes, tools and enablers as necessary to support client needs and requirements on an ongoing basis.

  • Deploy Analytics and lead innovation on operating model, training methodologies, business metrics measurements and reporting.

  • Collaborate with senior management on client account management and growth



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • Minimum 7 years of Operations Delivery experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Demand Planning and Forecasting

  • Experience in the High- Tech industry

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and client management skills, ability to front end with clients

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to lead and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.

  • Self-starter with a bias for action

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376- $235,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
