The work:

  • Owning & leading a workstream that is responsible for final deliverables to a client

  • Assessing and quantifying the current state baselines at multiple locations by collecting information and data on the processes, equipment, and people

  • Developing and communicating engineered standards that determine how long it should take workers to complete primary tasks

  • Building a dynamic capacity model that estimates the number of units that can be completed during a given timeframe under a defined set of circumstances at each site

  • Introducing a performance management approach that will enable the monitoring of conditions, measuring of results, and encouragement of expected performance at each site

  • Implementing industry leading practices, techniques, and tools to re-imagine processes and improve operations, enable technology innovation, and improve client outcomes

  • Mentoring junior team members with diverse backgrounds on analysis techniques, effectively representing business and supply chain operations with data, and developing data-driven recommendations

  • Identifying and solving complex supply chain, business operation, and strategic problems for clients



Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an industrial setting and/or operational environment doing business process re-engineering and/or labor planning

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one of the following two: Process Modeling and/or Process Improvement

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one of the following two: Engineered Standards and/or Time Studies

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one of the following two: Staffing & Reporting and/or Resource Optimization

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one of the following three: Performance Management, Workforce Training and/or Change Management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and/or Systems Engineering

  • Must be US Citizenship and no Dual Citizenship

Bonus if you have

  • Distribution / warehouse experience

  • Processing & call center experience

  • Analytics experience

  • Systems implementation experience

  • Simulation experience

  • Robotic Process Automation experience

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $71,700 to $96,499 and information on benefits offered is here: https://www.accenture.com/us-en/careers/local/total-rewards
