The Inclusion and Diversity Women's Initiative Sourcer executes and supports multiple programs, initiatives, events and conferences associated with the delivery of gender diverse candidates to meet experienced recruiting demand. The Inclusion and Diversity Women's Initiative Sourcer is called to make independent decisions which have major day to day impact in area of responsibility. Is Accountable for developing new and or managing multiple key internal external client relationships across sphere of influence. This role is responsible for managing pipelines of experienced hire candidates from the Women's Initiative's Inclusion Diversity recruiting team sources and will work to identify candidate skills and interests, and match candidates to responsible recruiters in the candidates desired area of interest.
Collaborates on the development and implementation of strategic recruiting programs focused on diversity and inclusion. Executes recruiting strategies and marketing efforts for programs, initiatives, and conferences
Communicates strategy key messages to Diversity leaders and key business stakeholders
Builds relationships and serves as the point of contact for Accenture conference teams, diversity organizations, and business partners
Researches best practices for full life cycle recruitment programs, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Proactively shares market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions
Plans, coordinates, and leads the execution of all logistical elements for programs and conferences including interviewing and candidate pipelining
Identifies talent and builds a pipeline of diverse talent for high volume sources
Tracks metrics and provides data and reports on a regular basis. Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of programs and initiatives
Participates in candidate management process (i.e., review resumes, screen candidates, serve as an information resource/point of contact for recruits)
Monitors and reports on all recruiting diversity initiatives, and metrics regularly. Reports and delivers event outcomes to determine value of investments and future participation.
Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities to event management and recruitment process in support of national (local, regional) efforts.
Manages heavy project-based workload, in addition to everyday volume
Collaborates with experienced hire partner recruiters to find and engages experienced candidates from diversity conferences/partnerships with Boolean, LinkedIn, diversity conferences resume databases and alternative search techniques
Evaluates resumes from diversity conferences and partnerships to assess experienced hire profiles; identify candidate interests, and identify responsible recruiter for area of candidate interest
Continuous follow up with responsible recruiters to keep track of candidate status
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing and/or recruiting
Experience sourcing and/or recruiting at a consulting firm and/or for technical roles
Relationship management skills
Workday experience, Beamery or Linkedin Recruiter
Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Good communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
Good organizational, multi tasking and time management skills
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $129,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
