Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

You Are:

Accenture Operations seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst within the Procurement Plus (P+) business. The Procurement Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between on-site agency people and offshore CAM support team. Additionally, you will support various queries and issues related to freelancer onboarding & enablement, procurement, invoice payment, and set up of freelancer/agency as vendors.

The Work:

  • Be the main on-site point-of contact for Procurement, Vendor set-up and Freelancer enablement questions

  • Act as the Freelancer Support tier one help desk including managing the shared mailbox

  • Understand the requirements and suggest appropriate Freelancer Buying processes, lead-times etc.

  • Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of request based on defined set of guidelines.

  • Collaborate with various Accenture functions to create an enjoyable buying experience to our customers.

  • To be accountable for maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship

  • Track and report individual performance.

  • Identify & deliver continuous improvement.

Freelancer enablement Responsibilities

  • Validate Freelancer contracts and Background Check requirements

  • Submit & co-ordinate with Enterprise ID enablement team to provision enterprise ID for Freelancers

  • Coordinate with HR for ensuring that HR requested Background checks are completed on time.

  • Verify requisition is accurate and contains updated requirements and information per agreement.

  • Validate approvers and add new approvers if required.

  • Support Flex Onboarding and enablement of agency Freelancers for Non-Creative roles

Supplier Setup Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up of freelancer or freelancer agency as suppliers – guide through the process, answer any questions/clarifications from requesters or suppliers.

  • Qualify and assist in Business Intermediary and Data Privacy & Information Security screening process of suppliers

Accounts Payables Responsibilities

  • Triaging of incoming invoices between the agency Freelancers and Vendors and the offshore team

  • Assist in identification and validation of invoices subject to withholding tax / Statutory deductions

  • Assist in validating fast/cash payment process as required for Freelancer payment processing

Procurement Operations Responsibilities

  • Guide requestors in the creation of purchase requests and Purchase Order changes in BuyNow and Workbook for Freelancers

  • Handle any questions/clarifications from requesters, freelancers or freelancer vendor agencies


Here's what you need:

· Minimum of 1 years of onboarding new hires

Travel Requirements:

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is  $38,988 - $78,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
