Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
As a Risk and Compliance Test Lead Associate Manager, you will support the risk assessment and control testing execution across key business areas across finance functions such as RTR, STP, Payroll, Treasury, and others. Lead team of risk and compliance analysts to ensure performance of risk assessments and control test executions. Serve as the quality lead for the team to ensure that outcomes are delivered to high quality standards.
Work with area leads and Team Leads Risk and Compliance Specialist to prioritize controls and testing schedule by month and quarter, as needed
Provide oversight and serve as escalation point for control testers
Coordinate with area leads on delays, issues and results and responsible for help to ensure consistency and accuracy across testers for the assigned controls, escalating to leadership if training or action is required
Provide select reviews of risk compliance analysts work to ensure high quality outcomes
Recommend and implement improvements to the controls for areas of responsibility and follow up on issues
Support training of business leads, local control leads and evaluators on internal controls risk assessment methodology as needed
Summarize results of findings and report to leadership
Escalate outstanding issues as appropriate
Role must be US based (Austin, TX)
Travel up to 20% or less
Willingness to work flexible hours, as necessary, in order to meet monthly and quarterly deliverable deadlines and to provide extended hour customer service support
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Risk Control knowledge for Finance & Accounting processes
Experience managing client relationships, including managing operations and operational excellence
Recommended Certifications, Licenses, etc. CPA or comparable certification
Strong Excel Skills with experience in manipulating large sets of data in excel
Ability to analyze and evaluate the observations based on compliance, operations, risk model and performance
Team leadership experience

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $62,640 – $143,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
