Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Director will be responsible for managing a team providing a full scope of Commercial Real Estate Finance and Accounting services including:
Oversee a team of 3 - 5 resources and drive client facing focus, employee engagement and higher retention
Oversee solution design to provide a real estate service leveraging onshore offshore resource model
Oversee a project plan design to transition and deliver the services
Oversee contract finalization to ensure it meets all internal financial goals, protects the firm in terms of SLAs, termination rights etc.
Communicate with the Commercial Real Estate Practice Lead on financial performance of all CRE accounts
Assume primary responsibility for client satisfaction of the real estate teams, attend quarterly business reviews to oversee the contract performance, address service issues, expand scope of services
Participate in efforts to document and strengthen internal controls, processes and improve accounts performance
Ensuring account teams are complying with internal controls and compliance steps, ensuring immediate mediation of errors and putting performance plans in place as necessary
Participate in RFP process and prospective client presentation
Contribute to growth of new and current accounts, including expansion of services in the real estate market
Minimum 20 years of management experience in commercial real estate industry
Bachelors degree. Preference in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or Real Estate. Possessing an MBA is an added advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of real estate, with a proven track record of successful real estate transactions across multiple property types is essential
Current knowledge of industry trends in real estate and development, and a natural desire to understand specific market characteristics.
Lease Accounting background.
Computer skills Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Projects, and Outlook are required
Strong analytical skills. This skill is essential for evaluating and completing a wide range of real estate transactions
To successfully perform the duties of an account manager, candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills for establishing and building and maintaining relationships with relevant parties management, property managers, landlords, etc.
Strong organizational skills is essential for account managers to effectively coordinate and manage multiple assignments, as well as prioritize tasks and efforts
Highly developed negotiation skills is required for negotiations with property owners, clients, and other stakeholders
People management skills. Minimum of 8 -10 years experience in team management of at least 5 -10 members
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $186,900 - $238,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
