Tier 2 SAP Help Desk Consultant (Spending Chain)
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 tickets related to Spending Chain
Support Spending Chain related interface Error resolution
Support Spending Chain related Master Data Maintenance
Collaborate with Team lead to help identify ticket trends and develop related Knowledge Management Articles
Collaborate with Tier 1 to assist with increased first contact ticket resolution
Collaborate with Tier 3 on ticket escalation items
Here's what you need:
Experience providing SAP Help Desk support
Experience resolving end user computer related issues
Experience working in an application maintenance environment
US Citizenship, no dual citizens
Bonus points if you have:
BS degree or equivalent experience
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,000- $112,100 and information on benefits offered is here.
