Oracle Cloud Conversion Developer (Benefits/Payroll)
Responsible for converting data in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud conversions, conversion designs, conversion automation tools, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration.
Understanding end to end business process and downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables. .
Here's what you need:
Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion experiences (HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders)
Reporting Tools: one or more of the following: BIP, HCM Extracts, OTBI
Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and/or Payroll
Bonus points if you have:
Ability to obtain Security + within 6 months
Oracle HCM Cloud modules HR, Absence management
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,000- $112,100 and information on benefits offered is here.
