As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
As a Workday Change Management Leadyou should expect to be involved in the following:
- Facilitate Change Management discovery workshops with Client executives and key stakeholders
- Identify changes being introduced to the Client’s organization (e.g., business process, technology, and organizational change) and develop Change Management strategy, approach, and plans to drive adoption for these changes
- Create strategy and approach to identify and lead a change network
- Develop communications strategy and approach, create content, provide Workday demonstrations, and prepare/deliver learning solutions
- Develop training strategy and approach, create tools and deliver train-the-trainer sessions
- Prepare approaches and deliver activities to measure readiness and adoption for change
- Collaborate with other Workday Change Management Consultants around best practices and frameworks for managing change for Workday deployments
Here's what you need:
- 2+ years of experience with Workday products
- 2+ years of experience in change management or training
- 2+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, Lead, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- Bachelor’s Degree
Bonus Points if:
- Existing and up to date Workday HCM certification
- 4+ years of experience in change management or training
- 2+ years of experience with large global clients
- Familiarity with organizational change management concepts and approaches
- Human Resources (HR) background or experience
- Experience with developing training curricula and materials
- Experience conducting technology training to users.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $88,600 -$139,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
