Job Description:
The Technology Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful and profitable delivery of Accenture’s major Healthcare projects. You will be expected to lead and drive all aspects of a project or program: from blueprint to design, build, test and post-go-live-support. Connecting with our clients, you will define scope and plan for an implementation. Using your in-depth Healthcare expertise, you will coach and manage your team on designing and delivering solutions that fit our clients’ requirements as well as plan and budget.
As you will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team, you will use your people skills to cooperate closely with Accenture colleagues in onshore and offshore locations across the globe. Your ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders will help you to deliver and create future value.

- Design, build, test and deploy package or custom solutions and ensure that it delivers client value
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Lead global teams, consisting of both onshore and offshore resources
- Collaborate with your peers and teams to drive exceptional delivery
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- A minimum of 4 years consulting with health plans and/or providers
- Experience delivering technology solutions for health plans and/or providers
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Experience with different project management methods (Waterfall, Agile)
- Outspoken and passionate about delivering successful programs that exceed business objectives and drive business success for our customers
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideas
- Excellent leadership and management skills

Bonus points if:
- Experience with core healthcare systems, such as payer core administrative, health management, and EMR systems

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is  $99,900 - $168,499  and information on benefits offered is here.
