People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

 

The Planning & Procurement Lead analyzes planning tool O9,  other planned orders data and Demand-Supply data to plan raw material supply for builds.  The Specialist also builds and runs forecasting and inventory planning models to manage safety stock, reorder point and reorder quantities.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate effective processes for ongoing supplier collaboration and resolution of procurement, receiving and invoicing exceptions
  • Map as-is processes and create to-be processes to deliver productivity, efficiency and quality improvements
  • Lead development of intake templates, documentation and training content as well as identify and deliver productivity savings through automations and process improvements
  • Conduct large scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights and review outputs for trends
  • Design, develop and present metrics, reports and analyses to measure operational performance and related business outcomes
  • Handle front end with client for operations delivery
  • Acts as first point of contact for escalations
  • Conduct root cause analyses, provide periodic metrics reporting and align service delivery towards improving overall business metrics
  • Handle successful service delivery and meet service delivery SLAs (service level agreements)
  • Partner with operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations
  • Work with client Program Managers (PMs) to suggest end-to-end process improvements in the sales operations and data management process

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning and/or Procurement
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain planning and/or procurement

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Information Systems, Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience establishing and managing key Supply Chain KPIs
  • Experience in Hi-Tech industry
  • Experience working on Data Centre deployments related processes
  • Experience of managing 7-10 member team
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets/Excel
  • Outstanding communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Self-driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lead and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment
  • Strong understanding of end to end and product supply chain
