You Are:
The Higher Education Management Consultant will focus on operational and student facing program delivery to education clients. This role will lead transformation programs at major education institutions focusing on implementing process and organizational change. Education institutions are under increasing pressure to reduce operating costs while also enabling improved digital experiences for students and staff. Our consulting professionals partner with Institution leadership to achieve their desired business outcomes whether it's through strategic programs like program rationalization, M&A strategy, and adoption of online programs or with the implementations of best in class digital solutions. This role will also provide thought leadership and guidance in the evolving disruptions to our education clients.
The Work:
- Lead Academic Strategic Planning Engagements
- Provide functional expertise for Student Success and Student Lifecycle management-specific client projects
- Provide process expertise for core processes including Recruitment, Admissions, Financial Aid, Enrollment, Advising/career Services, and Advancement
- Partner with technology teams to implement technology solutions such as Workday and Salesforce products
- Develop detailed work plans, direct project teams, deliver status, meet deadlines, manage to budget, meet or exceed quality standards exceed quality standards
- Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Interact with senior management levels, including CFOs, Provosts, CIOs, CHROs and direct reports, negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
- Ability to travel 75-100%

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:
- ,A minimum of 7 years of Higher Education experience
- A minimum of 3 years of project experience leading education transformation projects
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional touchpoints areas:- Recruitment, Admissions, Financial Aid, Enrollment, Advising/career Services, and Advancement
- Understanding best practices in processes and organizational design
- Project activity sequencing
- Change management concepts

Bonus Points If:
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
 

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 

$ 89,000-130,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
