The work:

  • Find ways to include human centered design and employee-centric solutions in strategies companies can use to recruit and develop employees 
  • Work with clients to understand their workforce and recommend the changing skills their workers will need 
  • Help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous digital transformation 
  • Conduct workforce planning using analysis that takes into account disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies
  • Design and roll out data-driven workforce strategies 
  • Help with business development including proposals and client relationships

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 6 years of client facing Human Capital experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Workforce Transformation – Workforce Planning, Org Design
    • HRaaS – Strategy & Organization, Recruit & Hire, HR Modernization, HR Service Delivery & Compliance
    • Human Capital Analytics
    • NextGen Change – Dynamic Learning, Agile Org
  • Experience leading large teams
  • Experience interacting with senior level leadership (including clients)
Bonus points if you have:
  • Federal experience in one of the following areas:
    • Workforce Transformation – Workforce Planning, Org Design
    • HRaaS – Strategy & Organization, Recruit & Hire, HR Modernization, HR Service Delivery & Compliance
    • Human Capital Analytics
    • NextGen Change – Dynamic Learning, Agile Org
