You are:

An Infrastructure Tech Support Specialist who will provide operations support and engineering for IT systems.  


The work: 

  • Support application and server support to include
  • Maintain windows, vmware, and various software

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • 3 years experience in any of the following:
    • Working in an Enterprise IT environment
    • Windows Server
    • Vmware
    • Active Directory
    • Exchange
  • 2 years experience with Atlassian Suite tools
Bonus points if you have:
  • Good Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work on your own/Self Motivated
  • Unix Experience
  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts & services

Important Information
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
