The work:
This role will work to shape the vision and define the change management and enablement strategies and be responsible for developing and executing the change strategy and training plan.

This role will also: 
  • Implement processes and programs that drive improvements in the cycle time of the RPA project lifecycle, cost model and customer satisfaction
  • Solicit feedback from RPA solution owners
  • Develop communication plan for the overall deployment of RPA
  • Partner with Business Units to support their individual communication plans
  • Prepare and deliver communications
  • Revise communication plan(s) regularly to reflect the change management journey
  • Identify areas of need around improving the adoption and sustainability of process automation solutions and capabilities
  • Design the RPA interaction training curriculum for all levels of capability required
  • Establish the right partnership to execute training most effectively
  • Develop train-the-trainers in the lines of business as necessary
  • Establish training goals and measures
  • Coordinate the development of end user training materials to educate end users on how to transition to and operate within new automated processes
  • Plan and administer training for end users
  • Understand business processes that have been automated and be able to articulate changes to processes as well as motivations and benefits of the changes, to end users


Here's what you need: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
  • 5 years work experience in the industry, working with specific analytics tools relative to the work area, including MS Office and industry-specific software/systems
  • Complex, in-depth understanding of the business unit's functioning
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and draw conclusions from variant information sources
  • Demonstrated excellence in analysis, leadership, change management, project management, negotiation, persuasion, directing others, and communication
  • Complex, in-depth understanding of change management in the context of transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and draw conclusions from variant information sources
  • Demonstrated excellence communication as it relates to training and educating others
  • U.S. Citizenship Required; no Dual Citizens 
Bonus Points: 
  • Experience with change management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related discipline
