Job Description

The Technical Architect - Voice & Data Design will have the following responsibilities:

 
  • Candidate will work with other team members who are spread out across the globe, reviewing data and voice requirements for new business outsourcing projects.
  • They will work with various sales teams, architects, and management to design and cost solutions that are approved by Accenture.
  • Account Delivery Management
  • Customer Interaction Handling 


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with network connectivity design
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with voice telephony design
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Virtual Desktop (VDI) such as Citrix, VMWare, or Windows Virtual Desktop
  • Experience with voice platforms such as Accenture’s CCCI, Amazon Connect, or other cloud-based voice platforms
 

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Flexibility to support clients in the West Coast
  • Strong user of MS Office 365
  • Must have excellent client facing skills
