Business and Integration Architect Senior Manager – Arlington, VA
 
Job Description:
Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business and Integration Architect Senior Manager in Arlington, VA to oversee program delivery of services, commercial commitments to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), financial commitments, and senior client relationships. S/he will perform the following duties: serve as the overall Operations and Delivery Account Lead overseeing client-facing services; define and execute strategy to achieve goals, financial targets, and continuous improvement activities; serve as the key point-of-contact for senior client representatives and establish long-term, trust-based business relationships; oversee large scale or multiple projects from sales opportunity stage up to implementation, “hypercare” support, and service introduction to operations; support and drive sales by collaborating across internal organization technology and industry principals; translate customer business goals into best-practice technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation; define automation roadmap based on business use cases, and oversee implementation through the use of market-relevant tools and technologies; perform solution reviews as functional subject matter expert for the gas utility operating model, specifically across retail, transmission and distribution, and corporate functions; perform architecture reviews and capability assessments on the current enterprise landscape; and provide recommendations and estimates for application modernization and portfolio optimization, and execute approved projects.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Manager, Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer,  or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience working with at  least one of the following tools: ServiceNow, UiPath, SAP, Asset and Resource Management Suite, Peoplesoft, ESRI, or Workday to improve client service; 6 years of experience working with business process services / business operations across Call Center, Scheduling, Meter-to-Cash, Grid Operations, GIS, Retail Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable functions, and business processes; 6 years of experience operating and leading Application Maintenance and Development Delivery services and IT service management functions based on ITIL best practices; 6 years of experience delivering analytics, building solution architectures, defining data extraction, and enabling application requirements for Technology Delivery management; and 5 years of experience working on Application Modernization / Application Portfolio Optimization leveraging field-tested optimization methodologies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
