Microservices Application Development Manager – Irving, TX

Job Description:

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Microservices Application Development Manager in Irving, TX to design Tibco BPM for Process Designs, Organization Models, Forms and Business Object Models. He will Analyze and Design custom applications/APIs migration from application centric architecture to domain-based architecture. S/he will perform the following duties: create End to end solution including Event sourcing using KAFKA, Caching using Hazelcast and Cassandra, Security- JWT Authentication with oAuth2, Data Persistence & Tx management, Versioning & Backward compatibility; Configuration management-configmap/playbook, Volt encryption, Kong Gateway; design and develop Contivo artifacts for the enterprise integration to build large volumes of data flow; containerize Dockers and deploying in Kubernetes; provision Cloud based Integration; ensure R&D on Cloud-native technologies, to develop applications built with services packaged in containers; deploy the application as microservices and managed on elastic infrastructure; follow agile DevSecOps processes and continuous delivery workflows; implement Continuous integration, Continuous delivery and Continuous Delivery pipeline with Jenkins and GIT; provide POC and suggesting improvements on application performance analysis, monitoring using Kibana, generating reports using SPLUNK; configure and integrate Zookeeper to NoSql database infrastructure; develop publish-subscribe messaging system in DMAAP(KAFKA); design and develop Cassandra Datastax, Monitoring of deployed IDP (Integrated Development Platform) services leveraging Prometheus and Grafana infrastructure/tooling for monitoring of Kubernetes POD and deployed services; Data modelling, table design, query integration; and automate testing through Cucumber and Test Driven Development. Unit testing with Spock framework and Groovy language.



Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Application Developer, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position includes the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in Spring Boot and RESTful webservices designing domain model based ReST services, Interactive UI testing with Swagger UI; 4 years of experience with Tibco BPM in Creating Process Designs, Organization Models, Forms, Business Object Models, Case Actions based on functional requirements; 3 years of experience with Contivo Analyst in Access and mapping interface models, building integration maps and generating XSLT; 2 years of experience in developing real-time streaming data architectures to provide real-time analytics utilizing Kafka;  3 years of experience in hands on Kubernetes orchestration, admin console for managing the PODs, configuring maps and auto scaling; 4 years of experience in operational and security monitoring, deriving user behavior analytics, Visualizations, generating report and assessing risk utilizing Splunk.
