Agile Test Engineering Manager – Irving, TX
 
Job Description:
Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Agile Test Engineering Manager in Irving, TX to analyze business requirements and lead automated/functional testing strategy across different banking flows for agile and waterfall project. S/he will perform the following duties: manage effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program-focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards; Oversee the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements; develop and monitor capacity plan and estimates; review test strategies, encourage the development of new test strategies, and maintain a continuous improvement environment; effectively collaborate across teams to develop needs analysis, refine requirements, and recommend solutions and best practices; participate in product design reviews to provide testing estimates on functional/non-functional/technical requirements; lead Testing transformation roadmaps, Test Plan creation, Test script design, Test script execution; create/review testing artifacts required for SDLC process to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness of test coverage; perform Gap/RCA analysis; document software defects using the enterprise defect tracking system; oversee automation design and execution team; review the existing framework for adherence; provide daily/weekly/monthly status report to Accenture and client senior leadership; define, document and obtain approval/sign-off for Test Plan and Test Entry/Exit report, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Test Coverage Matrix reports per testing methodology and standards; and identify the scope for Service Virtualization and Test Automation to increase the penetrations in order to provide the enhanced coverage.
 

 



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a  Test Engineering Senior Analyst, Application Developer, or in a related IT position. Including the following professional experience: 5 years of experience with Business Analysis and Functional Test Planning as part of designing and implementing a Testing Strategy; 5 years of functional and automation testing experience using the following tools: Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Selenium, TOSCA, and Agile Requirement Designer (ARD); 4 years of experience in CRM Applications, Mainframe Testing, API Testing(REST, SOAP, Microservices), Database Testing, IVR Testing, Service Virtualization and ETL Testing; 5 years of experience implementing an end to end automation framework that leverages following technologies: Java; Cucumber BDD; Selenium, UFT, TOSCA, Bitbucket and Jenkins; 5 years of experience with Agile Methodology, Agile Test Management and Reporting Tools: HP-ALM, JIRA, Rally or  IBM RTC; 5 years of experience in supporting testing activities with Gap Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis for production and post implementation issues; and 4 years of experience in the following: Test Planning, Test Strategy, Requirement Traceability Analysis, and Test Coverage Analysis.
