Job Description
As an Associate, you will be responsible for investigating and reviewing ads and related content to classify according to policy.  You will be responsible for assisting with client’s requests, performing data entry related tasks, and providing feedback on trends and insights to improve the process and workflows.  You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously delivervalue to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.
As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society
This is not a virtual/remote role; the work is based at the client premises in the area of Austin, TX depending on team supported. This role requires a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review ad content and classify according to policy with accuracy while managing time effectively
  • The work requires Ad Review resources to perform basic workflow activities related to Ads Review work (review non-objectionable content, create tasks, follow-up on open tickets, etc)
  • Provide feedback on ads classification trends.
  • General data entry related tasks
  • Provide suggestions to improve the process and workflows
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on changes to policies and procedures
  • Consistently meet performance expectations as measured by metrics such as accuracy, productivity and efficiency



Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of  6 months experience in Customer Service role OR in an office/tech industry environment
Professional Skills
  • Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet. Current use of social media products.
  • Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution.
  • Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time. Motivated, takes initiative, high energy. Familiar with MS office (mainly Excel).
  • Requires professional interaction and communication, both within the Accenture organization and with client contacts.
