Job Description

Ensuring and securing our client’s platform against fraudulent activity is at the core of our team’s goals. Our mission is to make our client’s platform a safe place to transact online. As a Risk Agent, you will assist achieving team goals by ensuring security of our clients’ platform and identifying and eliminating fraud. You will have responsibility for achieving your own daily processing targets. You will also be responsible for engaging with the team to promote high performance culture and great place to work.

As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society

 

Location : 

This is not a virtual/remote role; the work is based at the client premises in the area of Austin, TX depending on team supported. This role requires a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Review ad content and classify according to policy with accuracy while managing time effectively

·       The work requires Ad Review resources to perform basic workflow activities related to Ads Review work (review non-objectionable content, create tasks, follow-up on open tickets, etc)

·       Provide feedback on ads classification trends.

·       General data entry related tasks

·       Provide suggestions to improve the process and workflows

·       Maintain up-to-date knowledge on changes to policies and procedures

 



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

·       Minimum 6 months experience in either: Customer Service experience working in a professional or tech environment or Financial fraud risk investigation experience

·       Minimum 6 months of experience with software for office productivity, including Microsoft Outlook

·       High School Diploma or equivilant

 

Professional Skills

·       Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution.

·       Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time. Motivated, takes initiative, high energy. Familiar with MS office (mainly Excel).

·       Requires professional interaction and communication, both within the Accenture organization and with client contacts.
