Position Title: 
Data Integration & Standardization Manager

Responsibilities: 
Data Integration & Standardization Manager  (Accenture LLP; Berwyn, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Integration & Standardization Manager in Berwyn, PA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Overseeing the daily tasks associated with data conversion work. 
- Generate and maintain key milestone reports; track and report on progress of critical actions/deliverables to ensure functions meet client specifications; coordinate all cross-functional aspects with periodic follow-up.
- Understand the scope, cost, timeframe, guidelines, and parameters within which the project must operate; identify project milestones and effectively communicates them to project and leadership team.
- When necessary, works directly with the client to develop timelines and project expectations.
- Prepares staffing needs and updates management on a weekly basis; collaborates with department management to solve possible resource conflicts.
- Offers input to the Leadership team regarding resource and cost estimates based on project load and internal capabilities.
- May provide project planning based on assumptions as agreed with the client during evaluation phase.
- Monitors progress and prepares contingency plans for identified risks. Works with Leadership team to provide scenario planning needed for decision-making.
- Inspire and empower others through positive behavior and example; foster team environment.
- Involvement in the evaluation of software products.
- Create and maintain operating procedures and perform regular review of all processes to ensure efficient use of processes.
- Create training materials to ensure job-specific training is available for all DIS team members.
- Displays ownership of roles and responsibilities, earning team and client support.
- Review protocols and case report forms with the project team to identify the project objective.
- Prioritizing and scheduling all work according to project objectives and expectations while providing all necessary support to ensure quality deliverable in a timely manner.
- Ensures all project level documentations are maintained and completed, as well as delivered to the client during project close out.
- Ensures quality in the overall project strategy and all deliverables.
- Contributes towards annual review process. 


Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Pharmacy Administration, or related field, plus 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in clinical data management or clinical programming.


Must have 6 years of experience in each of the following:

- Programming in AS, SQL, PL/SQL, or HTML; 

- Using Unix or MS Windows operating systems;

- Using Oracle and MS Access; 

- Using APIs for Oracle Clinical, Oracle InForm, or Medidata Rave; and 

- Using Pinnacle 21. 


Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

- Leading individuals or teams who do data transformation tasks;

- Interacting with software development teams to ensure user requirements are accurately developed in required systems; and

- Developing pricing models to drive costing solutions for client RFPs.

 

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 25% of the time to meet client needs.
