You are:
The Sr. Business Analyst will:
  • Gather and document information regarding the client's current training curricula, map the curricula to Core Competencies, which they will map to Core Disciplines as identified by the client
  • Develop data and documentation into a catalog that the team can leverage for subsequent activities
  • Support the development of assessment methodologies to identify gaps, needs, and approaches to meeting them, and will support the assembly and validation of recommendations
  • Support the development of criteria for assessing alternative tools and techniques for meeting training needs (e.g. technical viability, cost/benefit, etc.)


Here's what you need:
• Technical experience:
o MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access]
o Browsers / OS [Explorer, Firefox, Windows 95 or later]
• Experience / aptitude for documenting as-is business conditions and designing to-be conditions [Benchmarking/Metrics]
• Experience / aptitude for identifying strategic objectives and aligning them to tactical actions, and vice versa [Organizational Assessment]
• Experience / aptitude for conducting gap analysis between strategic objectives and tactical actions [Organizational Assessment]
• Experience / aptitude for developing roadmaps to implement to-be conditions [Change Management; Strategic Planning; Creative Problem-Solving; Best Practices Studies]
• Experience / aptitude for engaging with and briefing stakeholders across organizational components and levels [Decision Briefing; Communication]

Bonus points if you have:
• Experience designing, developing, executing and evaluating training curricula [Instructional Design; Specialized Instruction/Training; Training Services]
• Experience with various training platforms, tools, and methods [Instructional Technology]
• Understanding of data modeling and its use to support analytics and visualization [Benchmarking/Metrics]
